Is your gold hallmarked?
Yes - our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, and the purity is printed on your bill. Ask us to show you the hallmark on any piece before you buy.
How is the price worked out?
Gold is priced on the day's rate for its weight and purity, plus making charges and GST. We show you each part on the bill, so there are no surprises.
Do you exchange old gold?
Yes - bring your old jewellery and we'll test its purity in front of you and give you today's value against a new piece.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Show us a photo or tell us the idea and your budget - we'll suggest a design and tell you the weight, the price and the date it will be ready.
Do you repair and polish jewellery?
We do - broken chains, loose stones, resizing rings and polishing. Small repairs are often done the same day.
